1. Introduction
Welcome to Relab. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and membership platform (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Membership
Relab membership provides access to exclusive products, content, and special offers. Membership is personal and non-transferable.
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to become a member. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
2.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for any activity that occurs under your account. Never share your login credentials with others.
3. Events and Tickets
3.1 Ticket Purchases
Tickets are subject to availability and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from an event.
3.2 Guest Policy
Members may bring one guest (+1) to events where permitted. Guests must adhere to the same conduct standards as members.
3.3 No-shows
We understand that life happens. There are no penalties for missing events, but we appreciate advance notice when possible so we can offer your spot to someone else.
4. Products and Purchases
Digital products are delivered electronically via download or license activation. All sales are final unless the product is defective.
5. Feature Requests
Members may submit feature requests and product suggestions. Participation is optional. Relab retains complete discretion over which requests to implement. Any credits can be applied to future purchases as per our credit policy.
6. Conduct
Members agree to:
- Treat other members and staff with respect
- Not engage in harassment or discriminatory behavior
- Not record or stream events without explicit permission
- Not resell tickets or membership access
- Comply with venue rules and local laws
7. Intellectual Property
All content, artwork, and materials on the Service are owned by Relab or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes and may require you to accept updated terms to continue using the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
