Keep your billing information current to ensure uninterrupted service.
### For One-Time Purchases
Billing information for completed purchases cannot be changed, as the transaction is complete. For invoice updates, contact support.
### For Future Purchases
Your payment details are entered fresh at each checkout. We don't store credit card information.
### Viewing Purchase History
1. Log into your Relab account
2. Go to "Orders" or "Purchase History"
3. View all past transactions and download invoices
### Need an Invoice Update?
For business/VAT invoice corrections:
1. Contact support with your order number
2. Provide the correct billing details
3. We'll issue a corrected invoice
### Refunds
Refund requests are handled case-by-case. Contact support within 14 days of purchase.
