### During Checkout
1. Add items to your cart
2. Proceed to checkout
3. Look for the "Promo Code" or "Discount Code" field
4. Enter your code exactly as provided (codes are case-sensitive)
5. Click "Apply"
6. Your discount will be reflected in the total
### Troubleshooting
**Code not working?**
- Check for typos and extra spaces
- Verify the code hasn't expired
- Ensure the code applies to items in your cart
- Some codes have minimum purchase requirements
**Code expired?**
Promo codes have expiration dates. Check the original offer for validity period.
**One code per order**
Only one promo code can be applied per transaction.
